Yoga found me quite recently on my spiritual path. It was several years after I graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2001, and worked at The United Nations in New York City until 2016 advocating for women internationally who were victims of genocide, sex and human trafficking, and other unspeakable suffering.
My road towards this enlightened practice began when I was diagnosed in February 2017 with Stage 3 breast cancer, and decided to have a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in April 2017 without chemotherapy and radiation. I am now a Yoga RYT 200 and Yoga for Athletes certified yoga instructor.
My goal is to serve all women; especially cancer patients and survivors to feel beautiful, healthy, and whole again with one on one private lessons exclusively for you!
